Job: iSeries Engineer
|Job Type||Contract to permanent|
At least 5 years of experience implementing and managing IT systems.
Strong technical knowledge of IBM iSeries-AS/400.
Extensive application support experience with Microsoft Office and IBM Client Access (iSeries Navigator) including PTF install and management.
Experience in IT project implementation
Excellent understanding of organizations goals and objectives, and a strong understanding of business processes and IT Systems.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
Ability to conduct and direct research into IT issues and products as required and present ideas in business-friendly environment.
Familiarity with Performance Navigator and/or iDoctor is preferred as well as Ricoh’s InfoPrint software a plus.
