Rich Casselberry, Chief Technical Officer

“Good IT saves you money, but saving money rarely gets you good IT”. I’ve lived this motto for years. If, as an IT department, we can focus on doing the right things a couple of things happen. You become a partner with the rest of the business, instead of promoting “Rogue IT” you promote teamwork and collaboration. In addition, by focusing on what’s important, you naturally reduce costs, effort and increase agility. I am passionate about helping companies turn their IT organizations from good to great! Let’s connect in person, on twitter, or linkedin.
